Meet The Team

Kayla Stiltner, Owner, BCBA, LBA
Kayla Stiltner is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Virginia. Kayla has a Bachelor's Degree in Special/Elementary Education, a Master's Degree in Special Education, and a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. Prior to becoming a BCBA, Kayla worked in the public school system teaching special education to children with extensive behavioral, social, and academic needs.

Andrea Carter, BCBA, LBA
Andrea Carter is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Virginia. She is an Arizona State University graduate with a M.Ed in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis and received a Bachelor of Social Work from Radford University. Prior to receiving her Master’s degree, Andrea worked for almost 10 years in the public school system as a Day Treatment Counselor, serving children and adolescents with mental health diagnoses. Her experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis includes working as a Registered Behavior Technician in an early intervention clinic and as an in-home therapist. Andrea has worked as a BCBA providing direct services in-home and in the community.

Jessica Jordan, BCBA, LBA
Jessica Jordan has a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development and a Master’s Degree in Applied behavioral Analysis. Jessica has worked in the field of ABA in clinic, school, and community setting. Prior to ABA, Jessica worked in the social work field where Jessica worked to serve the underserved communities and diverse population providing resources and services. Jessica has a passion for neuroaffirming practices while helping to meet personal and therapeutic goals.

Faith Peck, BCBA, LBA
Faith Peck has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavioral Analysis and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and LBA in Virginia.  Faith has experience working in an early intervention clinic setting with clients ages 2-18 with behavioral needs, social skill deficits, and extensive daily living skill goals as both an RBT and a BCBA. Faith also has experience utilizing principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis while providing parent/caregiver training in the home setting. Faith has a passion for caregiver training to ensure consistency and progress towards goals and utilizing principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis to achieve progress towards goals.

Elizabeth Loftis, BCBA, LBA
Elizabeth Loftis has a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Elizabeth has worked in a range of settings such as the public school system, clinics, and homes applying the science of Applied Behavior Analysis to help clients, families, and caregivers reach personal goals while also bridging the gap between home and community. Elizabeth has a passion for caregiver training and believes in a multifaceted approach to treatment to ensure effective service delivery.
