Embrace, Behavioral Consulting provides Therapeutic Consultation across the state of Virginia, both in person and via telehealth, to support a variety of behavioral needs. Additionally, we provide supervision for students pursuing Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Our mission is to improve the lives of individuals and their families through evidence-based practices and personalized care.

​Role Description:​

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Virginia, with opportunities for some remote work. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and implementing behavior-analytic strategies. The BCBA will provide caregiver education, oversee behavior management techniques, and collaborate with clients, families, and staff to achieve positive outcomes. Documentation and consistent communication will be integral to the role.

Qualification: 

• Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

• Experience in Behavior Management and developing intervention strategies

• Strong skills in Parent Education and effective collaboration with families

• Background in Psychology or a related field

• BCBA certification and experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and flexibly in a hybrid work environment

• Familiarity with providing telehealth services is a plus
